Welsh Hay Rake

This was the first style of rake I started making back in 1997. I’ve called it a Welsh rake because this was a style often favoured in Wales in times past. My rake has a handle made from a willow pole harvested from a local river with a head of ash or oak and teeth of cherry. It is a nice light rake perfect for general garden use: perfect for leaves, grass and other dry material.
